• Pitch Experience: Proactively worked on 2 buy-side and 3 sell-side M&A pitches covering base & precious metals and lithium; framed strategic advantages of proposed merger and assembled all-equity bid continuum, included in presentations
• Valuation: Collaboratively maintained COMP, NAV and Commodity Street Consensus databases; conducted financial analysis on assets and companies’ quality in the form of comparable, precedent transaction analysis, and one-page company / asset overview
